These terms apply to widealive.com and to the operational SMS notification program operated by Wide Alive LLC. The site is a simple company presence. It does not offer products for sale and does not create a commercial customer relationship by itself.

The website

You may use this website to read information about Wide Alive and to enroll in SMS notifications. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Content is provided as-is, without warranties. Wide Alive operates experimental software and connected systems; nothing on this site is a promise of availability, features, or support beyond what is expressly stated here.

SMS Notifications

Wide Alive LLC is the program operator for operational software notifications sent to people who have opted in. These messages are operational alerts from Wide Alive-operated software. Examples include task completed, task failed, and operator input required.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS notifications.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Opting out stops future SMS notifications until consent is restored.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Consent is collected on the SMS Notifications page through an SMS-specific checkbox and durably recorded by Concierge. How we handle mobile numbers and consent is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Wide Alive LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the SMS program. Operational messages may be delayed or undelivered.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site or SMS program changes. The effective date above will change when we do.
